David Williams, the owner and president of Georgia Commercial Property Inspection, is an independent Certified Commercial Property Inspector, accredited by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA-000138), and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI #1809-2410).
David uses exterior inspection and walk-through surveys, observation, instrument testing (when necessary), local public records, owner or tenant building and equipment maintenance records, and interviews with tenants, managers, and owners; to deliver timely, comprehensive, and confidential real property inspection reports, both verbal and written.
David uses state-of-the-art HomeGauge software and modern testing equipment to assist in discovering and reporting the results of an inspection; so that online reports and written reports can be delivered in as little as 24 hours after the walk-through inspection. (Larger and more complex properties can take as long as 2 to 12 weeks for the final report, depending on the size of the subject property, the complexity of the systems found in the structures, and the number of outsourced specialists required to render professional opinions on the nature and conditions of certain equipment or material defects.)
David uses FLIR thermal imaging and moisture detection meters, as well as TIF combustible gas leak detectors; and Klein electrical testers and meters for voltage and ground measurements and fault tests. David also holds a FAA Part 107 UAV (drone) license to operate unmanned aerial vehicles in the performance of roof and tower inspections.
David also outsources local contractors and specialized local engineering professionals to obtain more comprehensive opinions and estimates for repair of a building’s individual systems whenever it is considered necessary and agreed to by the customer.
